The S-MVF01 Belt Bulk Feeder eliminates packaging costs by feeding loose/bulk components directly to SMT pick-and-place machines. Components travel on a belt selection track where NG parts are returned and correctly oriented parts proceed to the pickup position via linear vibration. Compatible with any brand of pick-and-place machine.
Key Features
- Feeds loose bulk components: connectors, buzzers, network ports, terminals, capacitors
- No packaging required—dramatically reduces component cost
- Belt selection + linear vibration feeding mechanism
- NG component return via belt for re-orientation
- Compatible with any brand of SMT pick-and-place machine
- PLC control with stepless speed adjustment
- Fiber-optic + vibration delay positioning

Applications
Best suited for components that are expensive or impractical to package in tape or tubes—custom connectors, large terminals, buzzers, and specialty hardware. Eliminates the packaging cost and lead time associated with custom tape-and-reel services.
Compatible placement machines
Works with any placement or insertion machine brand — installations include Yamaha, JUKI (JM-50), Panasonic, FUJI and Universal. Vision-based pick is recommended for random orientation.
Quality testing
Every unit runs 1,000 consecutive feed cycles and a 48-hour aging test with your components before shipment, and the test video is shared with you.

FAQ
Belt feeder or bowl feeder?
A belt feeder is quieter, more compact and gentler on parts, and changes over faster between part numbers. A bowl feeder orients parts mechanically and is faster for one high-volume part. We recommend after reviewing your component samples.
Which parts are not suitable?
Parts with easily deformed leads or a height-to-diameter ratio below 1:1.2 are not recommended for the S-MVF01.
